I am a UK qualified Child & Adolescent Mental Health Coach and I am passionate about supporting young people to grow up into happy and healthy young adults. I am an Advanced Practitioner in Drawing & Talking and Sand Tray therapy. Having trained in 2023 with Calm for Kids in London, I can also offer 1-1 or small group Mindfulness courses. I am an experienced Learning Support teacher who has worked in the UK, The Netherlands and Switzerland for the past 30 years in various teaching and Senior Management roles.​​
